Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (BSLMF) introduces Telephonic Transaction Facility via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based authentication for making Switch and Redemption transactions in your folio.
How to use IVR Transact
- Call us toll free on: 1800 270 7000 or 1800 22 7000 (MTNL/BSNL).
- Opt for 'instant access' option on call and enter your BSLMF Folio number and TPIN / IVR Pin.
- Select the transaction you wish to do – Portfolio details / Switch / Redemption.
- On selecting the transaction, you will be serviced by our Contact Centre (CC) representative.
- You would need to give transaction detail on a recorded line to our CC representative.
- Once your transaction has been submitted you will receive a confirmation on your registered Mobile / Email (if available). You would need to give transaction detail on a recorded line to our CC representative.
How to register for IVR transact
You may visit our branch and submit a physical form for registering for Online Account Access. Your TPIN will be sent to your registered address in 14 working days. On receiving your TPIN, you may login to your online account with BSLMF to view your folio details & transact online.
